Return and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
At sportsgoodsmarket.com we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as per the following terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange:
- We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be returned for store credit, if they meet our terms and conditions.
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. The store credit will exclude the shipping charges borne by us for delivery of the item/s to you.
- The store credit shall be given only if the goods are returned in their original packaging. Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
- The store credit can be used by you whenever you shop with us the next time. The customer will bear the charge of the return shipment.
- We can facilitate the return pick-up but you will have to bear the cost of shipping for returning the item. In case it is not feasible, you will be requested to send the courier.
- On receiving the returned products, our team will video graph the opening of the parcel sent by you and inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the issue of store credit, as per the return policy.
- Returns that are damaged/soiled/different from items sold will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Instructions for Opening the Parcel
All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- When you receive your parcel and you notice that it is not properly sealed, you should refuse to accept it. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] stating that you have refused to accept the parcel as it was open.
- After accepting the delivery, in order to understand the problem with the delivery and help you accordingly, it is required that you video graph the opening of your parcel – without any pause or cut, in one single video. No complaints about deficiency/damage in the product will be accepted if the opening video is not shared.
IMPORTANT: Video should start from showing the address label on the parcel sent by us, right from the outer package. Full video right from outer parcel till showing the defect should be taken. No replacement or refund will be sanctioned without video proof. Please follow this instruction strictly. We will not be responsible for any damage/deficiency without proper video proof.
- If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail at [email protected] along with the parcel opening video.
Return request should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any request received after 24 hours of delivery.
- Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
- The customer will bear the charge of the return shipment.
- We can facilitate the return pick-up but you will have to bear the cost of shipping for returning the item. In case it is not feasible, you will be requested to send the courier.
- On receiving the returned products, our team will video graph the opening of the parcel sent by you and inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction, as per the refund policy.
REFUND POLICY
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- On sale items will not be refunded.
- Partial refunds might be granted if applicable (damage or missing part).
- We usually initiate eligible refunds within 5 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.
How to Return

After getting an approval for return as per the Return Policy, you can request for the return pick-up or send the courier yourself and share the tracking details with us.
