Do you deliver to all States in India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable Pin Code locations within the geographical boundary of India. We assure you the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible for sending your products.
Do you deliver outside India?
We do not deliver to international locations at present.
What are your shipping timings? How long is the shipping?
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday. The goods will be delivered within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and estimated delivery times are available from the moment the order is dispatched. In some cases, where the product is made on a special order of the customer, it may take extra time for processing the order.
Can I track my shipping?
Yes, your shipping comes with a tracking number so that you can sit back and relax while knowing the item is being sent to you! We send the tracking code to the customer after the dispatch of the product. You can track your delivery via logging to our courier partner’s website.
What is the shipping cost for delivery?
We offer free shipping all over India.
What are the payment options? Do you provide cash on delivery?
We provide our customers the best payment experience from anywhere with multiple payment options. You can make payment with Credit/Debit Card (Master Card/Visa), UPI, Wallets and Net Banking through 100% Secure Payment Gateway of Razorpay.
Cash on delivery option is available for cart amounts between ₹500 and ₹5,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, a variable convenience charge will apply. You can view the COD Charges at the time of billing and confirming your order. You are advised to make pre-payment to save the COD Charges.
Are the products new, genuine quality products?
We sell made in India new and original quality products manufactured by quality-conscious sports goods manufacturers mainly from Jalandhar. The products are sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Are the products under warranty?
All of our products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
I want a product which is “Out of Stock”, what should I do?
For products that are out of stock with us, please add the product in your Wishlist and share it with us via WhatsApp at +91 6283028160. Alternatively, you can Click Here to write your message to us with your requirement. Our team will get back to you to facilitate you on this.
Will I get any written confirmation for my order?
Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation immediately once you place the order, which will give you complete information about the product details and the order number.
Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
Goods once sold can only be returned for store credit, if they meet our terms and conditions. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. The store credit will exclude the shipping charges borne by us for delivery of the item/s to you. Please refer to the detailed Return Policy.
How soon will I get my refund?
If your refund is approved as per Refund Policy, we usually initiate eligible refunds within 5 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.
